Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

• Illegal content, or content instructing others in illegal activity.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse targeting anyone.
• Sexual exploitation of anyone, including minors (zero tolerance; we report where required).
• Malware, phishing pages, or links intended to harm users.
• Deceptive content: fake profiles, fabricated credentials or work history, misleading listings or job posts.
• Pirated or plagiarized material, including course content you do not own or have permission to use.
• False claims of professional licensure, accreditation, or background checks.

Prohibited behavior

• Fraud and scams: misrepresenting services, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or manipulating billing, vouchers, or the Active Assistant Credit (for example, fake "qualifying" subscriptions).
• Impersonation: posing as another person, business, or Vayvio staff.
• Off-platform payment manipulation: using Vayvio to route payments in ways that violate our payment provider's rules.
• Identity verification abuse: attempting verification for another person, submitting fraudulent documents, or sharing verification selfies.
• Marketplace manipulation: fake engagement, review manipulation (buying, trading, or coercing reviews), artificial view/click inflation, or gaming search ranking.
• Spam: unsolicited mass messaging, duplicate postings, or promotional flooding.
• Platform abuse: scraping, automated access without permission, bypassing rate limits, probing security controls, or accessing accounts or workspaces that are not yours.
• Account abuse: multiple accounts to evade enforcement or limits, or selling/sharing accounts.

Vayvio AI misuse

• Trying to make AI features access data that is not yours (other users' private content, billing details, or identity information).
• Using AI to impersonate others deceptively or to generate spam or policy-violating content within the platform.
• Injecting instructions into your own content (tasks, listings, messages) intended to override AI or platform safety rules.
• Circumventing AI usage limits or permission boundaries.

We do not monitor every AI conversation; these rules apply where we become aware of abuse, including through reports.

Course-specific rules

• Uploading pirated, plagiarized, or unauthorized course material.
• Courses teaching fraud, hacking for harm, or other illegal activity.
• Dangerous or harmful instruction, or seriously unsafe material.
• Misleading course descriptions or false credential claims.
• Redistributing or reselling purchased course content; sharing login access to bypass purchases.
• Manipulated course reviews or ratings.

Enforcement

When we find violations, we may issue a warning, remove or restrict content, restrict account features, suspend, or terminate the account — and for courses, unpublish, suspend, or remove the course, and suspend or revoke seller status. Illegal activity may be reported to authorities. Many moderation decisions can be appealed through the platform. Outcomes depend on context; we cannot promise a specific timeline.
