How we expect people to treat each other on Vayvio. For the formal list of prohibited uses, see the Acceptable Use Policy.
Be professional
Communicate clearly, honor your commitments and deadlines, and treat clients, assistants, learners, and sellers with respect — in messages, interviews, calls, and reviews alike.
Be honest
Represent your skills, experience, listings, and courses accurately. Don't create misleading content, fake reviews, or inflated claims. If you're unsure whether you can deliver something, say so.
Respect each other's work and privacy
Workspace content, messages, and interview conversations are shared in confidence with the people in them. Course content belongs to its sellers — buy access, keep it to yourself, and credit others' work.
Use the tools fairly
Attendance is an agreement tool — clock in and out truthfully, submit corrections honestly, and review them fairly. Don't game rankings, ratings, credits, or Vayvio AI's limits.
Be safe
Never share credentials, payment details, or sensitive documents where they do not belong. Report suspicious or harmful activity — the Report button is on profiles, listings, jobs, messages, reviews, and courses.
When things go wrong
Mistakes and disputes happen. Talk it through first when you can; report it when you can't. Our team reviews reports with only the context they need, and many moderation decisions can be appealed. Details are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
