The Active Assistant Credit rewards clients who keep their connected assistants on paid Vayvio plans.
How it works
Each billing cycle, if you maintain the required number of qualifying assistants, you receive a credit applied to your Client subscription. Qualification is checked automatically — see Billing for your current count and status.
What makes an assistant "qualifying"
An assistant qualifies when their own Vayvio VA subscription is a paid plan in good standing:
- Paid VA Starter or VA Pro ✓
- Free-trial-only assistants do not qualify
- Promotional-only access does not qualify
Good to know
- The credit equals the base Client plan's monthly price
- It has no cash value and doesn't carry forward
- Qualification is recalculated every cycle — if an assistant's plan lapses, your count updates
