Reviews keep the marketplace honest:
- Who can review: only a client who completed real work with the VA (a genuine connection with at least one completed task)
- One review per connection — editable by the author within 48 hours
- VAs can respond to their review once, publicly; VAs can never delete a review
- Moderation: reviews violating guidelines (abuse, fakes, spam) are removed
