There are two ways a connection forms:

Client invitation. A client finds your profile or listing and sends an invitation by email. Accept it from your Clients page.
Job hire. You apply to a job; the client accepts your application (directly or after an interview).

Either way, Vayvio automatically creates your shared Workspace with tasks, messaging, calls, and calendar. No setup needed.
