When you use Vayvio AI, an AI service provider processes:
- Your message and recent conversation
- Only Vayvio information you already have permission to access (your tasks, your calendar, and so on) — when needed to answer
What it never receives
- Other users' private data (messages, workspaces, applications)
- Identity documents, selfies, or biometric data
- Payment details (card numbers, payout information)
- Internal moderation notes
Your controls
Turn AI off entirely, block its access to your workspace data, or disable conversation history in Settings → Vayvio AI. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
