How Vayvio Workspaces Work

Each Client–VA connection gets one workspace with tasks, messages, calls, and calendar — private to its two members.

Last updated October 20, 2026

A Workspace is the shared home for one Client–VA connection. It is created automatically when a connection forms (invitation accepted or application hired) and contains:

  • Tasks and subtasks with comments and approvals
  • The workspace conversation (messages and files)
  • Calls (instant and scheduled)
  • The workspace calendar
  • Optional scheduling and attendance

Privacy

Workspace content is visible only to its two members — and to authorized moderators reviewing a report. A VA's other clients never see this workspace, and vice versa.

When a connection ends

The workspace becomes read-only: history stays viewable for both people, but no new activity. Reconnecting later reactivates it.
