Your limit
Your Client plan sets how many active assistants you can connect (see Billing for the exact number). To add another assistant beyond the limit, upgrade your plan.
Seeing everyone at once
- Attendance page shows who is scheduled and clocked in today (when attendance is enabled)
- Ask Vayvio AI: "Which assistants have tasks due today?"
- The Assistants page lists all connections with quick access to each workspace
