When a client reviews you, you can post one public response (editable):
- Thank the client or add helpful context
- Stay professional — responses are visible to everyone considering you
- You cannot delete the review; if it violates guidelines (abuse, fakes), report it and moderation will review
A calm, constructive response to a critical review often says more than a perfect rating.
