Every workspace has its own conversation — messages are private to its two members.
- Reply to specific messages and edit or delete your own
- Presence indicators show when your contact is online
- Unread counts appear in navigation; notifications are aggregated so one conversation won't spam you
- Interview conversations (pre-hire) appear in Messages with an "Interview" label — clearly separate from workspace chats
