What Happens When a Client Hires a VA?

The application is accepted, a connection and workspace are created, and both parties are notified.

Hiring is the conversion point. When a client clicks Hire:

  1. The application is accepted
  2. A Client–VA connection is created (or the existing one reused — never duplicated)
  3. The shared Workspace is created with tasks, messaging, calls, and calendar
  4. Other active applicants for that job are politely declined
  5. If an interview channel was open, it becomes read-only history — the real conversation moves to the workspace

Hiring creates a Vayvio collaboration relationship — payment arrangements between client and VA are handled between them, not by Vayvio.
