Why a Payout May Be Held or Rejected

Open moderation cases, verification gaps, or refund reversals can hold a payout — always with notice.

Last updated October 20, 2026

A payout request can be held or rejected when:

  • Your identity verification is missing or revoked
  • An open moderation case affects your account or courses (earnings may be held while reviewed)
  • A refund or dispute reversal reduced your available balance below the requested amount
  • The details provided couldn't be used (e.g., invalid GCash number)

When a payout is rejected or held, the reserved earnings return to your available balance (unless reversed for a refund), and the reason is recorded in your payout history. You keep earning from new sales throughout.
