When Vayvio AI prepares a consequential action — creating or updating a task, scheduling a call, sending a message, submitting a correction — it shows a confirmation card describing exactly what will happen.
Nothing is created, sent, or changed until you click Confirm. This keeps you in control:
- You see the final details (title, due date, recipient) before anything happens
- You can edit or cancel instead
- If you confirm, the action is yours — performed through the same rules as doing it manually
Financial actions (purchases, refunds, plan changes) are never available to AI at all.
