Scheduling is part of the optional attendance feature, enabled per Client–VA relationship.
- From the workspace Attendance tab, propose a recurring weekly schedule — days, start/end times, and your chosen timezone.
- The other person accepts (or proposes changes).
- Vayvio generates concrete shifts for a bounded window (about a month back, two months ahead) — you never scroll into infinity.
Both people see the same shift calendar. Changes to the pattern don't rewrite history: generated shifts keep the policy that applied when they were generated.
