Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains when and how Vayvio issues refunds for payments we process directly — subscriptions, marketplace listing boosts, and course purchases. For work arrangements between clients and virtual assistants, see the Terms of Service.

Subscriptions (VA and Client plans)

Every paid subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment: if you are not satisfied with your plan, request a refund within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full. The guarantee applies once per customer. Renewal payments after the first are not refundable, but you can cancel any time from the Billing page — cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fees apply.

Marketplace listing boosts

Unused boosts are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Once a boost has been applied to a listing and the promotion period has started, the promotional service has been delivered and the boost is no longer refundable.

Courses

Course purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase provided you have completed less than 50% of the course content. Refunds for courses are subject to the detailed rules in the Course Refund Policy (what happens to your enrollment, the seller's earning, and any certificate when a refund is issued).

How to request a refund

Open a case in the in-app Support system or email support@getvayvio.com with your account email and order or billing details. We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or e-wallet.

When refunds will not be issued

  • The 7-day window for the applicable purchase has passed.
  • A course refund is requested after 50% or more of the content has been completed.
  • The boost being refunded has already been applied to a listing.
  • The request repeats a refund already granted under this policy for the same product.
  • The account was terminated for violating the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Outside these rules, we may still issue a refund at our discretion — for example for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where a product was materially misrepresented or never accessible.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or e-wallet — we can usually resolve billing issues faster directly. When a payment dispute is filed, the related purchase is placed on hold while the payment provider resolves it. See the Dispute Resolution Policy for how disputes are handled and escalated.
